300 Plates New Artist Application 2022

Thank you for your interest in 300 Plates! We love having new artists join our fundraiser every year. This fundraiser is so successful because of the amazing artists who participate. Please fill out the form below so we have your information for payment and promotion. Artists who complete an application will receive email updates and reminders for this year. New artists are given one plate in the show.

• • 40% of the sale price of your plates
  • Invitation to VIP Preview for artists and sponsors on Wednesday, May 18.
  • One free ticket to 300 Plates ($75 value) on Thursday, May 19 and one additional ticket at half price ($37.50).
  • Promotion on the 300 Plates page of our website, including a link to your choice of website, Facebook or Instagram page

I understand that the final deadline to submit completed plates is Saturday, April 30, 2022.

I understand and agree that proceeds from my plate sales during the 300 Plates fundraiser are split 60/40 between Art Access (60%) and artist (40%). Artist payments are made within 30 days of the end of the online sale (June 3, 2022).

I understand and agree that plates are priced for the 300 Plates fundraiser at the sole discretion of Art Access. Plate prices begin at $100 and go up in $1 increments ($100, $101, $102, etc). Some plates will be selected by Art Access to be in a Silent Auction.

I understand and agree that after 300 Plates is over on June 3, 2022, I have one month to come pick up my unsold plates. After July 4, 2022, all unclaimed plates will become the property of Art Access by default and 100% of proceeds from future sales will belong to Art Access.

I agree to let Art Access use the plates I submit for this year’s 300 Plates fundraiser for promotion of the event in digital or printed form, including on it’s website, social media, and printed materials.
