Art Access has provided accessible arts experiences to Utahns since 1984. While our programming has shifted over the years, today Art Access increases access to the arts through opportunities for artists with disabilities and education for community and cultural organizations.

In 2025, community investment enabled Art Access' to:
-
Support and compensate 15 artists with disabilities through direct, one-on-one programming.
-
Engage 557 patrons through free public exhibitions and events.
-
Collaborate with 196 artists across the state.
-
Train 120 cultural professionals through the Breaking Barriers cohorts and annual conference.
-
Implement masking, ventilation and filtration, and accessible exhibition infrastructure at our brick-and-mortar location for safer public gathering in response to community needs.
-
Build new connections with partner organizations, local and national nonprofits, state agencies and businesses toward expanded accessibility accommodations in arts and culture.
