Art Access Gallery

The Art Access Gallery showcases work from our Partners program and emerging independent artists with disabilities. The Gallery also hosts community workshops in collaboration with teaching artists and partner organizations, with a focus on accessibility and community outreach. The Gallery is a capacity-building initiative that platforms a wide range of disability perspectives, expands audiences, and deepens public engagement with Art Access' mission. All exhibitions and workshops take place in our gallery space and are free to the public.

Art Access has moved! This fall, visit us at our new street-facing gallery-workshop space at 511 West 200 South, #130, Salt Lake City, UT  84101.

  • October 15 - November 21, 2026: Permanent Collection Sale (Gallery Stroll Open House: Friday, October 16, 6-9pm)
  • January 14 - February 20, 2027: Partners 2026 Exhibition (Gallery Stroll Opening: Friday, January 15, 6-9pm)
  • April 15 - May 22, 2027: 300 Plates Exhibition (Gallery Stroll Opening: Friday, April 16, 2027)

Gallery Hours: Thursdays - Saturdays, 2-8pm; Gallery Stroll openings are held from 6-9pm the third Friday of each exhibition's opening month.

Laurie Larson, 2022: The inside of half of an apple; two bodies crouched in the fetal position in with their backs facing the viewer in each half of the apple. The bodies seem to share a root system at the base of the apple. The body on the right's internal organs are artfully visible, the viewer is able to see pain points in veins and the body's lungs.
